How is it free?

Our core features are completely free-to-use for event venues and producers. We only charge minimal fees to you end customers to facilitate payment transactions - that way, we only get paid when you do!

How much do you charge for processing fees?

Sho-Soft charges your customers 3% of an order total amount in processing fees for debit and credit card payments in platform. Stripe charges 2.9% and $0.30 per transaction, additionally.
